I lost Remove Ads after reinstalling or changing phones

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

I'm stuck on a level

Every level has exactly one solution that can be reached by logic alone. Use a hint, or look for rows and columns whose numbers force where birds must go. If you still think a level is broken, email us the level number (shown at the top of the board) and we'll check it.

Ads aren't loading

Ads need an internet connection. The game is fully playable without them, and hints from videos come back once you're online.
